The Superhind is a heavy attack helicopter of the Cartel.[1]

Game Unit[]

The SuperHind is a slow but well-armored multirole helicopter, with auto cannons for infantry, missiles for vehicles and some space for infantry. It can later be upgraded with napalm bombs to flush out enemy infantry, countermeasures to protect itself slightly from enemy missiles, and an overall agility augment.

As the most durable helicopter in the whole game, the SuperHind does its job nicely. Being avaliable early game and at a somewhat low cost, it excels in bringing infantry to quickly capture banks or other structures, and defeating small amounts of enemy resistance. It also sees use as a support unit in general, and being one of the only Cartel vehicles not reliant on stealth, it can easily abuse its durability with the likes of BREM-80U to soak punishment and continue pushing.

Like any helicopter, the Superhind's main weakness lies in enemy anti-air units that it can't do much about due to its somewhat short range. As an attacker and transport, it is superseded by the likes of Comanche and Shadowhawk, both of which can cover themselves better with stealth as their speciality.
