Involvement[]
After surviving Cartel's devastating assault, Schaefer was tasked with stopping the Cartel from resupplying their THOR Control Center when he provided intel for Chimera to proceed. Lacking heavy equipment, Lofquist contacted Fedor Raevski for support.
Raevski reports to Schaefer that Russia is also concerned about the Cartel threat, then supplies a total of 10 Black Eagle tanks and Akula helicopters at the beginning, also suggesting Schaefer to clear the area of enemy artillery emplacements before proceeding. He then relays information on enemy SU-25 attacks that can only be stopped by destroying their Air Control Centers. When Chimera successfully establishes their HQ, Raevski reveals the location of some resource fields and warns on impending enemy air assault as more Air Contol Centers are re-established. He expresses relief when Schaefer managed to stop the launch in time.
