The FÉLIN is the basic infantry unit of the Chimera in Act of Aggression. FÉLINs are armed with a FAMAS assault rifle, and are able to occupy buildings and capture POWs.[1]

Although they are not as tough as the Marines and Contractors, FÉLINs have the advantage of speed over their counterparts. This allows the Chimera commander to be able to seize key locations, such as banks, earlier than the other two factions in-game.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The FÉLIN is based on its real-life counterpart of the French military. The name FÉLIN is an initialism short for Fantassin à Équipement et Liaisons Intégrés, Which translates in English as: Integrated Infantryman Equipment and Communications. This name refers to the French infantry combat equipment in use since 2010.
