Gameplay[]
The Exosoldier is durable, devastating and speedy. Though they are modest like the FELIN, Exosoldiers can recieve health regeneration upgrades and a speed boost.
The epitome of a universal unit, Exosoldiers combine velocity, suppressing power and health in one small package. Their weapons force enemy infantry down with suppressive fire, which combined with their speed allows them to quickly do heavy damage, making most attempts to capture structures completely futile. Though less effective against enemy buildings and vehicles, Exosoldiers can still supplement fights rather well. Notably, they are faster than the FELIN, and once upgraded, can even keep up with friendly vehicles for mid-game harassment or for an assault. Health regeneration only makes them even stronger, increasing overall sustainability by a wide margin as they no longer have to rely heavily on external healing sources.
Though extremely strong, Exosoldiers have several downsides. Any unit that is particularly effective against infantry in general can take them down very easily, such as NLOS-C, Sniper, Jackal, SAS, Artillery Turret, Punisher or even other Exosoldiers. They also require a somewhat high amount of aluminum to build which can fight with the production of other units or research project, a problem exacerbated by their low effectiveness in small numbers. In terms of specialist performance, Exosoldiers are generally mediocre, being outclassed by Metal Storms for firepower or Terminators for various other purposes. Even so, Exosoldiers remain some of the best infantry in the entire game, invaluable due to several of their attributes that can occasionally outmatch the raw power given by other alternatives.

- The Exosoldier is based off the Task Force Talon's S.H.I.E.L.D. unit from Act of War, which is also an expensive infantry suited in an exoskeleton that is fast and versatile in multiple roles.
