Countermeasures Dispensers/SPECTRA are upgrades in Act of Aggression.

Any unit benefitting from these upgrades will gain a chance to confuse missiles targeting them, throwing said projectiles off entirely.
The Tigre, Corax and Berkut possess integrated countermeasures. They function identically to their aforementioned equivalents.

- All of these upgrades share the same icon.
- The Little Bird is the only US Army aircraft that does not benefit from Countermeasures Dispensers.
- The Superhind and Valkyrie are only Cartel helicopter/fixed-wing aircraft affected by this upgrade respectively.
- Cartel's HQ is the only building (and by extension ground unit) that can benefit from countermeasures.
- SPECTRA is an acronym for Self-Protection Equipment to Counter Threats for Rafale Aircraft, which, in turn, does not appear in the game. This may, however, imply Chimera's Air Superiority Fighter of choice would have been it instead of the PAK FA.
